Due to recent growth, we are looking to add a part-time Treatment Coordinator to his incredible team! The ideal candidate is someone who is energetic, team orientated and someone who loves working with patients to achieve their smile goals.

Job Description:

• Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients
• Verify insurance and process claims
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Manage patient accounts and phone inquiries
• Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure a seamless patient experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Prefer dental office experience
• Great personality with high energy
• Customer Service Skills
• Energetic and bright personality

Office Hours:

• Monday: 8 AM - 5 PM
• Tuesday: 10 AM - 7 PM
• Wednesday: 9 AM - 6 PM
• Thursday: 8 AM - 5 PM
• Friday: 8 AM - 2 PM

Schedule: Would start off at 2 days a week

• Candidate must be flexible as the schedule and days may vary
• Potential to transition into full-time hours in the future
