Treatment Coordinator – Full Time

Location: Chelsea Family Dentistry, Chelsea, AL

We’re currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator to join our team full-time!

What You’ll Do:

• Present treatment plans and discuss payment options with patients
• Verify dental insurance and handle related administrative tasks
• Schedule appointments and assist with accounts receivable
• Communicate confidently and professionally with patients in person and over the phone
• Use Dentrix software to manage patient records and treatment plans
• Support the front office team with multi-tasking and patient interactions

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior dental office experience required
• Strong insurance verification and payment discussion skills
• Professional presentation in both speech and appearance
• Excellent customer service skills (references preferred)
• Confident in asking patients to pay balances at time of service
• Adaptable, dependable, and comfortable with multitasking
• Knowledge of Dentrix and appointment scheduling systems
• Bonus: Experience with accounts receivable and insurance billing

Office Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:45 AM – 2:00 PM
• Saturday: 6:45 AM – 12:30 PM (1 Saturday/month, typically the 2nd Saturday)
